Strategic focus in terms of identifying Low cost sourcing opportunities for Capital Equipment and services in Spain.
Owning the relationship and setting up framework agreements with Low cost capital suppliers for global usage.
Strategic focus in terms of establishing and maintaining (with European lead buyer support) the relationship with key Raws and Packs suppliers.
Operational responsibility for the same key suppliers.
Independence from local operations organisation, and reporting into the European Commercial organisation.
Line manager responsibility for local associates.

Fluent in English and Spanish
Vocational or University degree in Business management or procurement
Affinity with Technology
General finance business understanding (P&L and Balance sheets, Cash and accounts payable principles)
General operational business understanding (Manufacturing / Scheduling )
Natural negotiator, that sees and seeks opportunities to maximise business performance.
Preferably experience with SAP systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint)
