HR Assistant - Temporary role

The Human Resources Assistant plays a key role in the department. The candidate will support the implementation of the HR global projects on a local basis, besides giving support to the daily operations in the Human Resources department. This HR role will mainly be focused on: payroll, compensation and benefits, personnel administration, but will as well, support activities in training, communication, recruitment, etc.

Responsabilities

The HR Assistant contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives. (S)he will help in providing an employee-oriented, high performance culture. It is key to work towards empowerment, quality, productivity, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce within the Organization. The role will have a generalist profile, though very focused on mentioned projects, with responsibility in:

• HR Projects that include:
o Compensation and benefits
o Personnel administration
o Payroll
o KPI’s reporting
• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• Company internal communication
• Training logistics and recordkeeping
• Recruiting and staffing logistics

External
External Suppliers: Payroll suppliers, Universities, other external suppliers


Knowledge / Experience / Skills

Required
Bachelor in BA, Human Resources, Psychology or Labor Relations
English: advanced level is a must.
Microsoft office: user.
Competences: results oriented, projects leadership, team work ability, organizational capabilities, involvement, accuracy, good communication and confidentiality.

Desirable
Master in Human Resources or Employee Relations
1-2 years of experience in an HR Department.
